To support the video coding research community across the globe, we have released Video Complexity Dataset (VCD) which consists of spatio-temporal complexity, rate-distortion complexity, and encoding-time complexity data of 500 test sequences. These data can be used by researchers to develop their algorithms, and/or benchmark their algorithms’ performance.
